Client Service Agreement

Life Coaching with Art Florentyna

This document outlines the terms and conditions for all clients who engage in coaching services. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Session Details

• Each coaching session is 60 minutes in length.
• Sessions are conducted via Google Meets.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling by Client

Clients may reschedule one time only, provided:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given, and
• A valid reason is provided (e.g., illness, emergency).

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or due to non-valid reasons (e.g., forgetting, scheduling conflict) will be forfeited with no refund and no reschedule.

No-shows will result in the loss of the session and no future bookings will be accepted.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling by Coach

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide as much notice as possible.

You will be offered the option to:

• Reschedule at no cost, or
• Receive full credit toward a future session.

If a session is canceled by me and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the canceled session.

5. Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals will receive only the remaining session time; no extensions or refunds will be given.

6. Session Boundaries

• Coaching support is provided during scheduled sessions only.
• Additional support (e.g., between-session messaging or email check-ins) must be prearranged and may incur an additional fee.
• Art Florentyna reserves the right to immediately terminate any session if a client engages in harassment, verbal or physical abuse, sexual misconduct, or attempts to conduct business or sales unrelated to the agreed services. No refund is required for terminated sessions. This agreement does not waive any other legal rights available to Art Florentyna, and the termination will be documented.

7. Confidentiality

• All sessions are confidential.
• Information will only be disclosed if required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

8. Acknowledgement & Consent

By booking a session, you agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.
• You understand and accept all policies outlined above.
